HEALTHY CONNECTIONS HALF DAY RETREAT
Navigating connections and relationships can be complicated, especially for our girls and young women. It can be common for conflicts to become overwhelming and to impact a young person’s well-being.
This workshop is an opportunity for your warrior to explore ways in which they can create and maintain safe and healthy relationships with their peers, family and self.
Through a range of motivating and engaging activities, professional mentors will help warriors to set boundaries and identify what the differences are between healthy and unhealthy connections.
What’s Included:
4 Hours of Opportunities to Connect to Peers.
Self-Reflection & Self-Development Activities.
A short Mindfulness Practice
A Delicious Healthy Lunch
WE FEEL SO PASSIONATELY ABOUT HELPING OUR WARRIORS TO UNDERSTAND JUST HOW IN CONTROL THEY ARE WHEN IT COMES TO CREATING AND MAINTAINING HEALTHY CONNECTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS.
