A Unique Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Program Tailored to the Hospitality Industry

The Program is inclusive of tailored Confidential One-on-One Mental Health and Wellbeing Support for ALL team members, Meetings and Open Communication with the Operations Team to communicate any common issues arising amongst teams, Mental Health and Wellbeing Resources (Including videos, tip sheets & Wellbeing Challenges), A Guarantee around Response and Booking Times for your Teams (This is unique to an EAP Service), Availability to attend trainings, inductions and team meetings, in addition to Fortnightly Site Visits to ensure the teams are familiar with their support system.

The One-on- One Support provides A Safe, Non-Judgemental Space for your team members to work through things that are holding them back, life challenges, difficult emotions, imbalances in their lifestyle, relationship conflict, issues with confidence and SO MUCH MORE...

The Coaching Sessions are based outdoors in a completely non-clinical setting. The idea behind this is to create a space that feels safe and comfortable for the hospitality community. Getting some fresh air, sunshine, and being outdoors in general creates a very relaxing, comfortable space for individuals to open up, feel acknowledged and problem solve when it comes to working through their challenges.

Outdoor Mental Health & Wellbeing Coaching

A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space to Work through life’s challenges

A Little More about Darielle, Your Mental Health Coach & The Program:

Darielle is a Life Coach, Founder of The Wanderlust Age, has completed her Bachelor of Psychology and happens to have over 10 years of experience working within Hospitality. Darielle recently put together the Mental Health in Hospitality Summit in June of 2021 at Si Paradiso. The Summit was a huge reminder that Mental Health needs to be just as high a priority as physical health and professional development in the Hospitality Industry. Since then, we have run another successful summit in 2022 at Tiny’s Perth and in 2023 at Phat Brew Club.

Following on from the First Summit, Darielle was approached by some leaders in the industry and enquired about creating an EAP Service to support the industry. In October of 2021, this BESPOKE EAP Service launched with the epic Sneakers & Jeans Teams.

Following a successful pilot program with the Sneakers and Jeans Teams, we implemented the program with the incredible Mary Street Bakery Teams, General Public Food Co, The Rowing Pavilion, Cheeky Monkey Brewing, Who’s Your Mumma, Si Paradiso & El Grotto.

The program has been a huge success in making the teams feel safe, supported and truly acknowledged by their companies. From feedback from the teams, just the knowledge that the support is available if they need it is already alleviating stress amongst the staff.

Darielle’s Promise to Your Teams:

To provide a safe environment for you to offload, work through and overcome challenges. Darielle promises to NOT work through your challenges for you, but to work through them ALONGSIDE you. Darielle will be available to provide you with 3 sessions per month and you will be able to schedule these in with a maximum of 3 days notice. If you are in need of a service that is more clinical than coaching, Darielle promises to refer you to a professional who is capable of and willing to support you the way you need to be supported.

Mental health and wellbeing services are no longer a luxury in the hospitality industry. When EAP Services have been a standard for mental health support in so many other industries in Western Australia and now is as good a time as any, to make that the case in the hospitality industry too.

We are currently working with some INCREDIBLE Hospitality Groups and venues here in WA, and we will be opening up space for two more groups from March 2024.

If you have a hospitality group that would benefit from this Mental Health and Wellbeing Support, shoot us through an email to: thewanderlustage@gmail.com and we can set up a call/meeting to discuss how best to support your teams.
