What does she mean by Holistic?

Darielle Understands that each individual is different and their Mental Health Challenges are not only influenced by ONE aspect of their lives. She understands that our environment, our physical health and our emotional health all contribute to how we deal with life’s challenges.

When it comes to the services The Wanderlust Age Provides, they are very much Empowering services!

What do we mean by this?

Darielle is a firm believer that every individual has the ability to tackle life’s challenges, they are just in need of the right guidance, space and non-judgmental approach to help them come to this conclusion.

When Darielle Speaks about Self Development, she loves to use the analogy:

“ When you’re teaching someone how to ride a bicycle, you do not hop onto the bike, peddle and steer for the person you are teaching. You need to gently guide them by their handlebars, encourage them and empower them to gain the skills it takes to ride independently”

Darielle believes this approach of providing guidance to empower individuals to take control of their lives is what sets her services apart from any other self-development services.
