DARIELLE BOWN (she/her)
Founder and Lead EAP Counsellor
Darielle has a background in Psychology (Bachelor of Psychology), is an Accredited Breathwork Facilitator, Grief Counsellor and has experience in Behaviour Therapy and Mental Health Counselling.
Given her experience working within Mental Health, Community Services, Disabilities and the Hospitality Industry, Darielle combines all of her knowledge to provide Holistic Mental Health, Wellbeing & Self-Development Services.
In summary, Darielle is really bloody passionate about creating spaces in which humans feel supported, acknowledged, & a little more capable in better caring for themselves and the humans around them.

ALEX YOSHIDA (she/her)
EAP Counsellor
Alex has a vast amount of experience (14 years) working within the hospitality industry both in Australia and the UK.Alex is very passionate about supporting humans in an industry that is so close to her heart. With her Counselling qualifications, her life & her hospitality experience, Alex will be providing a beautifully safe space for our clients to navigate the challenges that life & the industry may throw their way.
Alex will be available for both in person sessions (WA) and online support (WA/VIC).

RABEEH KIWAN (he/him)
EAP Counsellor
Rabeeh is a qualified counsellor & is currently completing his B.A. in counselling.
He brings over two decades of lived hospitality experience, having worked across kitchens in Melbourne, Perth and Germany. Rabeeh understands the demands and pressures of hospitality firsthand, from burnout and long hours to the toll it can take on mental health. His transition into counselling stems from a desire to support others navigating these challenges with empathy and care.
Rabeeh will be available for both in person sessions (VIC) and online support (WA/VIC). -
TESS CLEMETT (she/her)
Business Support and Community Engagement
With nearly a decade of experience in the health industry, Tess combines professional expertise with a deep passion for mental health advocacy. As a former owner of an online men’s gifting store, she championed the importance of accessible mental health support using the platform, drawing inspiration from her experiences. Tess believes everyone deserves tools to navigate life’s challenges and works to empower others to be the best versions of themselves.
Her empathy extends beyond health. It was shaped by her younger years of hospitality experience, during which she developed a keen awareness of those suffering in silence.
