OUR FIRST WARRIORS WORKSHOP FOR TERM TWO 2021 IS HERE!!!

This workshop is the result of many requests from our Warriors and Parents…

“UNDERSTANDING OUR EMOTIONS” - Recognising them, Acknowledging them, Understanding them, Processing them AND Understanding how to deal with them.

WE FEEL SO PASSIONATELY ABOUT HELPING OUR WARRIORS TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO unpack how they feel, why they feel, what they feel and how to deal with these feelings! It is so common that as our Warriors get overwhelmed by their big emotions and are unable to grasp the idea of dealing with them. Sometimes it really feels as though the world is happening to them and they have so little control over how they feel…

We would love to help your Warriors to understand that Emotions are important, however they do not own us, they do not control us…by understanding more about them and how to deal with them, we build resilience and self-awareness AND have the ability to move through emotions without letting them take full control over our behaviour and how we function…

Unfortunately This is not a part of the curriculum within schools and we believe that this knowledge is just as important as subjects they are learning at school! 

We want your Warriors to feel equipped to be able to deal with their feelings, with challenges and understand just how capable they are of knowing what to do for themselves when they need it!

These workshops are a safe, non-judgmental space, where your Warriors are guided by Strong, Self-Aware Role Models to learn, grow and understand themselves and the world around them a little better.

The Workshop runs for 2 hours at the beautiful Embodied Co in Morley.
