These Workshops are Working with Businesses to support their staff's Wellbeing, Health (Physical & mental) & mindset.

Providing a Safe, Non-judgmental & Informative Space for individuals to gain Confidence, Self-Awareness, Good Communication Skills and the ability to Balance their worklife with their Health.

We are extremely passionate about creating these workshops for individuals in a range of different industries due to our Founder, Darielle Bown’s background in Psychology, behaviour therapy and as a Life Coach, as well as her years of experience working  in hospitality, Retail, Community Services the Wellness Industry in many different roles. 

After running numerous workshops around Perth for the Wanderlust Age Community, teaming up with Coca-Cola Amatil for Hospitality Workshops and running workshops for our Wanderlust X Hospitality Teams, we have come up with the concept of collaborating with the business owners in a range of different industries  to incorporate these workshops as a part of staff “Training, Self-Development or Team Building Days ”. This way we can get the whole team together in the same place, encourage positive communication, team work and encourage one another to take steps to a healthier mind and body.

These Workshops will provide a Safe, Non-Judgmental and Informative Space for Individuals In A Range of Industries to gain Confidence, Self-Awareness, Good Communication Skills, Resilience and the Ability to Balance their Role In in the Workplace with their Health. 

We have included Potential Workshop Topics Below: 

  • Positive Communication and Confidence in the Workplace (and in life in general)

  • Mastering the Balance ( balancing mental and physical health with Lifestyles and Work-Life)) 

  • Self Care ( an introduction to self-care that does not involve a 500 dollar Pilates membership) 

  • Self-Awareness (and the ability to gage what you need from yourself and others)

  • Vulnerability and Communication ( being able to express what it is that you need from yourself and others) 

  • Stress Management 

  • Resilience: The Art of Bouncing Back

  • Team Work ( how to support your team to make a more productive and efficient work environment) 

  • Motivation: What motivates them in the workplace… the WHY behind what they do. How to find that motivation and how to maintain it. 

We would love to work with business owners to be able target specific things in the workplace that their staff are struggling with/ could benefit from. We are very able to adapt workshops to cater to each business.
