The Wanderlust Age

The Wanderlust Age is an organisation that aims to create positive impact in communities, one human at a time. The movement was founded by Darielle Bown, BPsych, Behaviour Consultant, EAP Counsellor and Self-Development Facilitator, passionate about creating safe spaces for individuals from all walks of life. The Wanderlust Age caters to a diverse range of humans as we implement services that provide a preventative approach to Mental Health Care.

The movement’s purpose is to create safe, non-judgmental support systems that are accessible, affordable and create long lasting impact within people’s lives and their communities.

  • WANDERLUST X HOSPITALITY

    WANDERLUST X HOSPITALITY

A bespoke EAP Service providing a unique approach to Mental Health and Wellbeing Support for the Hospitality Industry in Western Australia & Victoria.

In an Industry that is so dynamic, challenging, fast-paced & demanding, it is so important that we prioritise the Mental Health and Wellbeing of a Community that is in such dire need of it.

The old-school mentality of pretending our Mental Health does not exist in this industry is unsustainable. We are working to support some BIG change for the hospitality humans and industry as a whole.

“ When you’re teaching someone how to ride a bicycle, you do not hop onto the bike, peddle and steer for the person you’re teaching. You need to gently guide them by their handlebars, encourage them and empower them to gain the skills it takes to ride independently. We are aiming to provide an environment in which we are leaving people more equipped to tackle life’s challenges… not become reliant on us each time they face a hurdle.”

— Darielle Bown, Founder

We’re pumped to discuss the results of The Hospo Check In 2025. Discussing the results & statistics live before the report is shared with the community is going to be an epic opportunity to discuss the current state of mental health in the industry and what we can do about it!

This will not only be an insightful day for all of the hospitality staff attending, but the summit also aims to empower Hospitality Leaders to implement Support Services, Resources and Programs to support the mental health of their Teams better.
