I have had so many requests to run a workshop to support couples in working through communication blocks and reconnecting… and well, I’m finally bloody doing it!!!
This workshop will be providing a beautiful, SAFE, NON-JUDGMENTAL environment to support you and your partner in working on PRACTICAL communication tools to better CONNECT and RESOLVE CONFLICT 💪🏼
Over the years, I have worked with a whole bunch of couples and have noticed that the most prominent blockages and challenges stem from NOT BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EXACTLY WHAT IT IS THAT YOU WANT AND NEED FROM EACHOTHER… in addition to HOW TO ACTIVELY LISTEN TO ONE ANOTHER WHEN COMMUNICATING 👏🏼
